  1. By acquiring the Software, you recognize that you have perused this Agreement, and that you consent to the substance of the Agreement and its terms.
  2. Use only one copy of software on one domain solely for business use or personal use.
  3. A separate license should be purchased for each new software installation.
  4. Distribution of software without our approval including non-commercial distribution will be considered as violation of the agreement and involves liability according to the law.
  5. You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or products.
  6. You may not give, offer, disperse, sub-permit, lease, rent, or loan any segment of the Software or Documentation to anybody.
  7. In case if you fail to use the software in accordance to the terms of license agreement, then your license to use this agreement will be cancelled.
  8. Nothing in this agreement entitles you to any support, maintenance, or new versions of the Software.
  9. The license agreement will remain effectual until it is ended. We preserve the right to cancel the use of software as well as your license at any time.
  10. Cancellation of the agreement does not bind us to return the amount paid for the purchase of software.
  11. Legitimacy, translation, development, and execution of this Agreement should be administered by the laws of the Kolkata Jurisdiction.
  12. Even after notification of termination of your license by MME Technologies, you hereby agree to accept an injunction to enjoin you from its further use.
  13. The Software and any related documentation is given "as may be" without guarantee of any sort, either communicated or inferred, including, without restriction, the suggested guarantees of merchantability, wellness for a specific reason, or non-encroachment.
  14. MME Technologies should not be in charge of, and might not pay, any measure of coincidental, noteworthy or other roundabout harms, whether taking into account lost income, business intrusion, loss of business data or something else.
  15. The Licensee further concurs that this is the whole Agreement between the Licensee and MME Technologies and that there have been no different guarantees, representations, pledges, or understandings identifying with the topic of this Agreement.
