communicated or inferred, including, without restriction, the suggested guarantees of merchantability,
wellness for a specific reason, or non-encroachment.
- MME Technologies should not be in charge of, and might not pay, any measure of

intrusion, loss of business data or something else.
- The Licensee further concurs that this is the whole Agreement between the Licensee and MME Technologies and that there have been no different guarantees, representations, pledges, or
